Toby and I decided to break from tradition and shop for our engagement ring together, with me picking out exactly what I wanted. We visited several jewellers, but I couldn’t find my dream ring—a three-stone design with half-moon sides—anywhere. That is, until we walked into Andrew Mazzone.I was so excited when I saw they had the exact setting I had been imagining. It was absolutely beautiful, and I fell in love with it right away. From the moment we entered Andrew Mazzone to design our engagement ring we were warmly welcomed by all the staff including Sharee, who walked us through the whole process and took the time to get to know us as a couple (which is really refreshing). She answered all our questions and helped provide options when we weren’t sure, making the whole process effortless. There was no pressure to make the sale or push us outside of our budget.The genuine care and interest that Sharee has taken in this process is heartwarming and has really added to the whole experience. You could feel the excitement/happiness Sharee displayed once we had gotten engaged was genuine. I would highly recommend not only Andrew Mazzone but also speaking with Sharee to anyone.The quality and care taken to design the ring is flawless and I can’t fault them for anything. We will definitely return for our wedding bands!

Went to into Andrew Mazzone for an engagement ring and Sharee and the rest of the team were amazingly helpful, she had all the time in the world for me and was incredibly accomodating to any changes I had.Clear and helpful information regarding timeframes and also respected my time frames of availability to not give away the secret!Cannot wait to go back in and organise the wedding rooms. Absolute great experience from the beginning to the end! They were the first ring store we visited and after going to a few more, nothing came close to the experience we had at Andrew Mazzone. Our 5 star experience started when I sent an online question and received a personal text from Andrew on a public holiday! From then on, from the moment we entered Andrew Mazzone until the day we collected our rings, the personal and relational customer service was outstanding! Sharee was genuinely friendly and invested in our pursuit for our engagement and wedding rings. There was never any hard sell as we experienced with other jewellers. Always prompt follow up and they even managed to get our rings to us earlier. My partner and I have been using AMDJ for a couple years now and they never disappoint. Their customer service is out of this world and the quality and craftsmanship of the jewellery is like nothing I have ever seen before. They take so much care with each piece to ensure it is exactly as you want it, nothing we have asked has ever been too hard. I was a little worried about finding a ring that would fit over my busted knuckle, Sharee was phenomenal at easing my fears and finding a ring that fit perfectly. They even took the size of my hands into consideration and suggested adding 1mm of width, so it would look more proportionate. The girls take a genuine interest in your lives and share in your excitement, happiness and even in your sadness. Every time my partner and I have walked into AMDJ we have walked out feeling special.
