At Andrew Mazzone Design Jewellers it’s important to us that your jewellery always looks as stunning as the day you laid eyes on it. Like a love that never fades, we want your precious piece to retain its lustre and shine for a lifetime.
We carefully inspect our jewellery before handing it to you but in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your jewellery we will be there to help. All our jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
We also take pride in offering you a complimentary cleaning & stone inspection for life – on all of our custom-made engagement rings and custom made jewellery.
We recommend checking and cleaning your rings twice a year, especially for wear and tear on settings. Should any repairs be required we will advise you of our recommendations and decide on the best course of action to take to keep your jewellery piece looking its best.
We recommend that white gold rings should be re-rhodium plated every 12 months while platinum and other metals can be re-polished to maintain their lustre.
